The terms below govern the sale of any of our products or services to you. In addition, certain of our products and services may be subject to additional sales terms and policies.

At Rewind Bar, our mission is to make luxury laser & skin treatments more accessible and affordable, so our clients can do more of what they love. Part of making Rewind Bar more accessible is ensuring we provide accessible appointment scheduling to our clients. To do that, we have listed our Late Cancellation, Late Arrival & No Show Policies. These policies will help us maintain more accurate schedules for treatments offered at Rewind Bar.

Prepaid treatments:

For prepaid treatments, there are no refunds and they are not transferable to other individuals or treatment areas. Additionally, pre-pays have a 12 month expiry date (less than 10 treatments) and a 24 month expiry date (10 or more treatments).

Late Cancellation Policy/No Show Policy:

Appointments can be canceled up to 48 hours before start time without a penalty fee. Any credits you used to book the appointment will be automatically returned to your account. If a cancellation takes place in less than 48 hours of the appointment start time or the appointment is not attended, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will apply to the card on file. In the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited.

Both the late cancellation & no show policy applies to all treatments.

Late Arrival Policy:

If you are running late to your appointment, please give us a courtesy call as soon as possible to notify our staff, and ensure that we can still accommodate your appointment. We do uphold a 5-minute rule to be able to accommodate you with an abbreviated treatment. If you are more than 5 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment, in which you will be asked to reschedule.‍

Thank you for your attention to this matter, as we aim to make your Rewind Bar experience even better, so you can feel your best and do more of what you love.

Refund Policy:

The provider of services works with each client to discuss treatment options and their objectives, and to thoroughly review likely outcomes, benefits, and risks associated with each treatment. Once services are purchased, they will not be refunded, even if they are unused. Cash Equivalents are not transferable. For Skin Care Products, all sales are final. However, should the client have a reaction to one of the skin products, it can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase with proof of reaction. All injectable treatment sales are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

We reserve the right to limit, prohibit or cancel orders of products or services to any account, in our sole discretion. If we limit or cancel an order we will try, but are not obligated, to contact you per your provided contact information or through your account.

Prices & Payment

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify our products and services at any time without prior notice. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error received from its suppliers, Rewind Bar shall have the right, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product or service listed at the incorrect price.

By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes) to that payment method. If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or canceled automatically.

Treatments offered at Rewind Bar are voluntary, elective procedures and are not covered by public or private insurance plans. Rewind Bar will not submit any claims to any insurance carriers. Payment is due before services are rendered. Patients are personally responsible for all fees and charges incurred in connection with their purchase.

You agree to pay all applicable fees and any applicable taxes. Rewind Bar may automatically charge and withhold any applicable sales taxes for purchases. Otherwise, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, including on orders shipped to you.

Chargebacks

All references to a “chargeback” refer to a reversal of your payment method charge placed on the Sites. In the event you pay for services or products using your payment method and subsequently “charge back” your purchase through your merchant account provider, Rewind Bar reserves the right to terminate all pending orders and transactions immediately, in addition to any and all available remedies at law or in equity. Unnecessary chargebacks are theft and can be prosecuted. You agree that you will not charge back any amounts charged to your payment method on the Site. If you initiate a chargeback a payment, you agree that we may recover the amount of the chargeback, in addition to any amount charged to us by your payment method provider for such charge back, by any means deemed permissible, including but not limited to recharging your payment method or having the amount recovered by a collection agency. If you feel that your payment method was used fraudulently, please contact us for immediate resolution.

Services

We offer numerous services related to aesthetic services. Rewind Bar is a non-tipping facility. You agree to cooperate with Rewind Bar in our performance of any services you purchase, including by following all instructions provided by us relating to your treatment before, during, and after the treatment is provided. Our instructions may include but not be limited to care and activity instructions, policies on pets and children in our clinics, and/or behavior during your treatment. Occasionally additional services and/or treatments for problems or complications may be required. These could result in charges for additional services for which you may be responsible.

Membership Terms

All of the above mentioned terms apply for the membership model as well. In addition, by becoming a member, you agree to the following:

Upon becoming a member, you are committing to a 6 month commitment. You may cancel your membership at any time after the minimum 6-month period. Please note that no refunds will be issued for any unused credit at the time of cancellation. Therefore, we advise you to utilize your unused Rewind Credit before canceling your membership. If you cancel your membership and still have unused credits, you’ll have 90 days to use up the credit or else they will expire.
Your monthly membership commitment will go towards your Rewind Credit, which is like a wallet you can use for any treatment at Rewind Bar.
Your Rewind Credit will not expire for as long as your membership is active. Any unused Rewind Credit will roll over to the next month, allowing you to use it anytime you want with no pressure.
You can use your Rewind Credit for any treatment we offer at Rewind Bar excluding whatever is not included in the chart in the membership page. As long as your membership is active, you’ll enjoy additional treatment discounts depending on your membership tier.
You’ll lock in exclusive discounts based on the membership tier you choose.
LIMITATIONS: Membership discounts are only eligible for regular-priced treatments and membership discounts are NOT valid for promotional services.
You can’t convert your Rewind Credit into cash and there are no refunds to the membership. All membership sales are final and non-refundable. You may only use your Rewind Credit towards any Rewind Bar treatment. You cannot convert Rewind Credit into cash or get a refund on any unused credit upon canceling your membership.
For the Transform signature package, you can choose to redeem either a Free B12 shot (valued at $49) OR a Free 15 minute LED Treatment (Valued at $79) on a monthly basis. You can only redeem your free treatments once a month, and unclaimed free treatments cannot be carried over to the next month.
TRANSFERABILITY: Your free monthly treatment is not transferable to anyone else. Only the person listed on the membership can claim the free monthly treatment. Additionally, AT ALL TIMES, ALL SERVICES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT ARE EXPRESSLY FOR THE USE OF MEMBER AND MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Your birthday credit must be used within 14 days of your birthday, or it will be forfeited.
Non-payment: IN THE EVENT MEMBER FAILS TO PAY REWIND BAR THE MONTHLY FEE WHEN IT BECOMES DUE AND OWING, THE MEMBERSHIP SHALL IMMEDIATELY BE PLACED IN AN INACTIVE STATUS. A PENALTY FEE IN THE AMOUNT OF $99.00 SHALL BE ASSESSED EACH MONTH UNTIL MEMBER HAS PAID THE MONTHLY FEE IN FULL. THE PENALTY FEE SHALL FIRST BE ASSESSED AGAINST MEMBER’S ACCOUNT UNTIL SATISFIED. IF THERE ARE INSUFFICIENT FUNDS IN THE TREATMENT WALLET, MEMBER WILL BE BILLED PERSONALLY.
Rewind Bar Policies: MEMBER MUST ABIDE BY ALL RULES AND POLICIES ESTABLISHED BY REWIND BAR. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY ITS RULES AND POLICIES COULD RESULT IN TERMINATION OF THE MEMBERSHIP.
MODIFICATION: AT ALL TIMES REWIND BAR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT UPON WRITTEN NOTICE TO MEMBER.
